Shipping Policy

Since all of our products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, the total delivery time is calculated by adding the Processing Time and the Transit Time:

 Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Once your order is placed and payment is verified, our design and production team will begin crafting your custom items.

Processing time takes: 5 - 7 business days

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the transit time will depend on your location.

Standard US & International Shipping: 7 - 15 business days or sooner.

(Note: We always do our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping costs depend on your location, the total weight of your order, and the shipping method selected, such as:

Your exact delivery location.

The total weight and dimensions of your order.

The shipping method sis elected at checkout.

To find out the exact shipping cost for your order, add your desired items to the cart and proceed to the Checkout page. The final shipping fee will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed before you complete your payment. We guarantee there are no hidden fees.

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

- Expedited (Express) Shipping: Available for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

For international orders outside of the US, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by your local customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking 

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
