Refund Policy

1. Not Satisfied with Your Order

At Weirdmix, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase or it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may qualify for a free refund within 90 days of the delivery date.

To request a refund, please reach out to our customer service team through Live Chat or email support@Weirdmix.com. Our team will review your request and provide step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth resolution.

To help us handle your case quickly, please include a photo of the item you received and let us know why it didn’t meet your expectations. This helps us improve both our products and our service.

Please note: Our refund window is 90 days from the delivery date. Refund requests made after this period cannot be processed.




2. Damaged or Low-Quality Items

We take great care to ensure our products meet high-quality standards. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly take responsibility and offer a free refund or replacement within 90 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact our customer service team via Live Chat or email support@Weirdmix.com. Include a clear photo showing the defect or damaged area. For best results, place the item on a flat surface, ensuring both the product tag and the issue are visible in the image.

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll promptly send your replacement — there’s no need to return the defective item. We’ll also use your feedback to improve our quality checks moving forward.

Please note: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:
- Damage caused by accidents or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading or material breakdown from sun exposure
- Aftermarket modifications

Our policy is valid for 90 days from the delivery date. After that period, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.

3. Did not receive your product

If your delivery takes longer than expected, you’re entitled to request either a refund or a replacement for your order. Simply contact our team through Live Chat with your order details, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Important:

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 2 months of your order date. After this time, tracking information may expire, and we may not be able to assist further.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Refund time

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.
