For best results, place the item on a flat surface, ensuring both the product tag and the issue are visible in the image.
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll promptly send your replacement — there’s no need to return the defective item. We’ll also use your feedback to improve our quality checks moving forward.
Please note: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:
- Damage caused by accidents or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading or material breakdown from sun exposure
- Aftermarket modifications
Our policy is valid for 90 days from the delivery date. After that period, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.
